We flew into Dallas for one week to view the area and were working with an agent, LeeAnne Pritchard, within the same day. She was able to meet us and take us around to several houses during that week. Due to time limitations, we ended up renting during our initial move. However, she viewed the rental for us and kept our profile updated so we could continue our house search. We found "the house" about 6 months later and called LeeAnne. She took me to the house the next day, my husband went by later that day, and we put an offer in. LeeAnne's expertise in writing the contract with unique incentives is what got us the house over other buyers. LeeAnne was on vacation during the first week, but she never missed a call, communication, or responsibility. Her co-workers were also able help while she was out of town as well. Her recommendations for inspectors, financing , etc were great also. Everything went smoothly and we are happy house owners!

As first-time home buyers, she let us look at houses she probably knew we'd never buy, then found us the perfect house, and answered our every question along the way. She gave us her honest opinion, even when we didn't always want to hear it, and had solid references for home inspection, etc. She even came to our housewarming party (and didn't hand out business cards)! If you're looking for a realtor, you'd be hard-pressed to find one better than her. If we ever sell this house, she'll be the one selling it. Highly recommend
She was very welcoming, gave us our space, was easy to talk to, and just came off as a genuine person, who I felt would put our best interest first. She also quickly assisted us in seeing a few more houses that day. So when it came time to choose out of the stack of Real Estate agents cards we had collected while visiting open houses Lisa, easily, was our choice. Once we selected Lisa she was on the ball! She started sorting through houses base on what we wanted, which wasn't easy as my wife had some non standard request. Lisa was available to us anytime and had really great recommendations while looking at homes that we hadn't even considered. I knew we made a good choice when she started pointing out things that made a seemingly attractive home void from our list, as we would've been upset later on if we would have selected this home and it didn't fit our long term goals. She attended our inspection, helped get last minute things taken care of and it then it was done, that easy! From start to finish once we found our home it was about 3 and a half weeks. At one of those open houses late last year, I met realtor, Lisa Ellard, of Group Watson. In early 2017, I finally made up my mind I would not sign another lease, and this was the time to buy my first home. I still hadn't decided on a realtor, but not a day later Lisa called to check in and see if I was still in the search for a home. I knew I found my realtor after that first conversation with her! She set up some home searches for me to review until I was ready to actively start looking in June. When finally ready, we met over a cup of coffee, and I expressed to her my excitement and anxiety over the home buying process. All of their suggestions from interior paint color to providing contractors to update our bathrooms in preparation to sell were spot on. Sale price more than covered these updates. Heavily marketed prior to listing going live and sold in 36 hours. Amazing communication. Highly recommend.
