Restaurants

  • Panera Bread – Gates of Prosper restaurant with drive-through approved, timeframe TBD

Retail

  • 99 Ranch Market – Asian supermarket to open later in 2018 near Preston and Warren in Frisco.

  • Frisco Fresh Market – 32 acre indoor & outdoor farmers market development north of Frisco Square on Main and Frisco Street that will also include a beer garden, live entertainment, restaurants, apartments, and 3 hotels. Expected to be complete in fall of this year.

Entertainment

  • Music City – A music venue with indoor & outdoor stages, plus a restaurant, to be located at McCandless Way and the Dallas North Tollway, near the Star Center in Frisco.

  • KidZania – Under construction at Frisco’s Stonebriar Centre Mall, scheduled to open January 2019. KidZania offers a child-sized city with various businesses to allow children to role play different jobs, earn pretend money, pay taxes, and spend on services. The life-like experience allows kids to “learn by doing.”

  • National Soccer Hall of Fame – Currently underway next to the Toyota Stadium at Main and Dallas Parkway in Frisco. Expected to be complete in October of this year.

Housing

  • Northwood Manor – Frisco small subdivision approved for the plot of land on the south side of Panther Creek, between Legacy and Teel.

  • Texas Health Hospital FriscoDallas Parkway and Cobb Hill in Frisco. A full-service 8 story hospital with medical offices, emergency room, surgical & neonatal facilities is due to open in 2019.

Education

  • Prosper ISD Elementary School – Legacy and Fishtrap Rd in Prosper, next to the Villages at Legacy subdivision, timeframe TBD

  • Alpha Montessori – Legacy and Prairie Drive in Prosper, timeframe TBD

  • University of North Texas – branch campus planned for the SW corner of Preston and Panther Creek in Frisco, anticipated to open March 2022

Healthcare

  • Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children North Campus – under construction at Lebanon and Dallas Parkway in Frisco and expected to be compete later this year.

Mixed Use

  • Hall Park (currently located at Dallas Parkway and Gaylord in Frisco) – Plans submitted to more than double in size and add residential, restaurants, and entertainment with plenty of green space. Plans are pending zoning change & city approval, and this would be a long-term project.

  • Wade Park – The developer for the Wade Park shopping center and office park that has been under construction at Dallas Parkway and Lebanon in Frisco is facing foreclosure and the property is currently scheduled for foreclosure auction June 5.

  • Twelve – 17 story high-rise building under construction at The Star in Frisco. This building will include retail, office space, and luxury apartments and is expected to be ready in 2019.

Other Projects

  • Office space to be built on the land behind the new Texas Health Resources facility on 380, just west of Dallas Parkway in Prosper.

  • Hyatt Regency Hotel – 18 story hotel with parking garage and conference center is being built onto Stonebriar Centre Mall in Frisco, anticipated to open in 2019 or 2020.
