Whats Coming To The 380 Corridor

Restaurants

  • Panda Express – drive-through restaurant under construction south of 380 and east of Naylor, next to the existing Taco Bueno and Sonic.

  • Fuzzy’s, Jersey Mike’s, Menchie’s – all now open at Gee and 380, in the new Kroger shopping center.

  • Jack In The Box – drive through restaurant currently under construction next to the new Chase at Gee and 380.

  • Chick-Fil-A – currently under construction in The Gates of Prosper NE of Preston and 380, and anticipated to open in late August.

  • SW corner of 380 and FM 423 shopping center is likely to include: Starbucks (with a drive-through), Chipotle, Whataburger, Cotton Patch Café, Smash Burger, and has additional restaurant space available, according to the listings. These are all preliminary and subject to change, however.

  • NE of 380 and Gee, within the existing Kroger shopping center, proposed restaurants include Mod Pizza (confirmed, and proposals for Taco Bell, Raising Cane’s, McDonald’s, Panera Bread, and Chick-Fil-A.  Plans are preliminary and subject to change.

  • NW of 380 and Gee, the shopping center to be built west of the current RaceTrac is anticipated to include Rosa’s Café, Jamba Juice, Braum’s, Bottlecap Alley, and Wing Stop. Plans are preliminary and subject to change.

Retail

  • Home Depot – Approved for the site just east of the existing Kroger north of 380 and Gee.

  • Retail strip center under construction near the SW corner of Navo and 380, no confirmed tenants yet.

  • Retail strip with available spaces at 380 and Magnolia, next to the existing Dollar General store, surrounding the new Kidzania Dental office.

  • Walmart – SE corner of 380 and FM 423, to anchor a large shopping center

  • Aldi – One location currently under construction near the entrance of Providence Village and due to open soon, as hiring is already under way. A second location appears on the listing information for the SE corner of 380 and FM 423.

  • Lowes – Planned for the current shopping center at 380 and Naylor, just east of the existing Walmart store.

  • HEB still shows on the plats for the SW corner of 380 and FM 423, and SE corner of 380 and FM 720. HEB’s plans in DFW are currently unclear, and the parent company also owns Central Market. Either store could be built in either location, or the company could hold the land as they are known for doing in other areas.

Entertainment

  • Cinemark – The theater at 380 and Dallas North Tollway is finally under construction.

Housing

  • Del Webb in Union Park – Active Adult community phase for residents age 55 and up to be included within Union Park, NW of Union Park Blvd and Winn Ridge Blvd.

  • Parker Crossing – New home community of approximately 590 homes coming near Providence Village, just north of 380 and west of FM 2931.

  • Spiritas Ranch – New home community of approximately 1,217 homes planned south of 380 and FM 2931, near Providence Village.

Education & Child Care

  • Kiddie Academy – Child care facility to be located near NE of 380 and Union Park Blvd

Healthcare

  • Gardenia Village Office Park – Office suites recently completed at Gardenia north of 380, currently being marketed for lease as medical and executive office spaces.

  • Kidzania Dental- Now open at 380 and Magnolia, next to the existing Dollar General store. Pediatric dental and orthodontic services.

  • CareNow appears on the preliminary plans for the SE corner of 380 and FM 423.

Mixed Use

  • Lesso Mall Development, SW corner of 380 and the Dallas North Tollway – Plans recently approved by the city of Frisco for a contemporary style mixed use development that will include a retail mall with separate stand-alone retail and street-level spaces, hotel, office buildings up to 10 stories (with retail on ground level), and some 8-15 story residential buildings. Plans include some water features and green space as well.

  • Proposed development south of 380 and Gardenia – A mix of retail, restaurant, office space, and a hotel are proposed for the site between the existing Twin Lakes Veterinary office and The Estates 3Eighty apartments.

  • Retail, restaurant, hotel, residential mixed-use developments planned for all 4 corners of 380 and FM 423/Gee road, to join the existing Kroger and RaceTrac centers.

  • Additional retail/restaurant space planned for the lots directly east and west of the current Walmart store at 380 and Naylor in Cross Roads.

Other Projects

  • 380 Expansion through Denton County – Expansion of 380 to at least 3 lanes, plus over-passes and service lanes, between CR 26 (Denton/Collin county line) to Loop 288 in Denton currently projected to begin in 2021.

  • Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership – Plans approved for the dealership, to be located in Prosper NE of 380 and Legacy.

  • Ford dealership – Proposed for the site west of the existing Longo Toyota dealership.

  • PGA Headquarters – The PGA is considering a property between 380 and Panther Creek, just east of the current Hollyhock development. This move has not yet been confirmed by either the city of Frisco or the PGA. If chosen, the site would include 2 golf courses, hotel and meeting space, and possibly a golf academy.

  • Large retail, office, restaurant, multi-family, hotel and office mixed use developments under contract for both corners north of 380 at the Dallas North Tollway.

  • Gates of Prosper – Plans for additional retail and restaurant space on the NW corner of Preston and 380, across from the current Gates of Prosper development.
