In light of the current events, we figured y’all might need some extra ideas to keep the kiddos busy! Here are some virtual offerings we found:

There are a number of world famous museums offering a virtual walk-through. What an opportunity to see museums around the globe! Here are links to some of them:

There are also some zoos, aquariums, and other establishments helping out with the boredom of social distancing. Here are some links:

  • An opportunity to cozy up on the couch and watch movies WHILE being eduational? It's a win-win! There's a website called Teach With Movies that has printable worksheets for the kids to work through and learn from while they watch the movie!

  • The American Dairy Association has provided virtual farm tours for different ages on their website

  • The Georgia Aquarium has multiple live webcams of exhibits on their website including Beluga Whales!

  • You can explore the real surface of Mars through photos from NASA's Curiosity rover

  • The San Diego Zoo has TEN different live webcams running on their website for viewing elephants, apes, koalas, giraffes and more.

  • If you search 'Virtual Disney World' on YouTube, there are 360° interactive videos of some of the attractions.
